About Colleen Schaefgen

Colleen worked in corporate America prior to becoming a certified coach. Her background is developing and delivering a variety of training programs for thousands of managers, supervisors, and employees in two Fortune 100 companies.
The focus of these training programs:
leadership and managerial skill development; honing interpersonal skills; enhancing presentation skills; effective career development; increasing sales and marketing; diversity management focused on equity, inclusion and belonging;
and building effective teams.

Colleen started her own coaching practice in 2002 so that she could
work one-on-one with women to help them accelerate
